It is going to be interesting to see where the cross-over story goes.
I have questio about the lamaba syndicate. They use their advanced technology like the power collars on heroine like Nightraven and Red Venus who have powers to negate them but what about Norte dame and Sparrow they have no powers so do the collars have another functio?
Beyond the ability dampen many heroine's powers, the other main advantage in using hose collars make sure that the captive heroine and anyone who might see her bound with them understand that she was captured by Lambda. When the low - powered heroines (Sparrow, ND, etc) are bound in the same way of the more powerful ones (Red and Blue Venus, Justice), it diminishes all of the captives to the same level - weak, bound, and helpless. Knowing that a group of "regular" woman manage to do this to the so-called heroines, is just another added humiliation for the captives. So, in this sense it is done to boost the morale of the Lambda agents and further humiliate the captured heroines.
So it’s more of a show for power and dominanc, other than the power dampening effect thats all. Interesting take, I just thought that there was like a shock collar feature to them that if a heroine were able to escape well still bound like justice did in one issuse with help SL the shock feature or tightening of the neck would make it that they couldn’t get far.

Not to whine, but ugh I wish Uroboros produced more! I adore the big casts and the power play and the variety of captures and embarrassing bondages in his stories. I guess there's no chance for a patreon or something similar is in the cards? I'm on hopium 😅
